Mobickers
People who hold or study Mobick are Mobickers. Toward the end of the 2023 airdrop tour, participants began organising without waiting for the operators. Much of what the ecosystem uses today — offline hubs, trading venues, information sites, explainer videos — was built that way.
Offline: Mobick halls
Mobick halls are offline hubs run by Mobickers. Starting in Busan in February 2024, they opened in Suwon, Daegu, Jeonju and other cities; Daejeon has the Mobick Daejeon Community Center. The hall in Seocho, Seoul is often named for important tasks such as lock-ups.
Halls host lessons, paper-wallet hand-outs and welcomes for newcomers. In the 19 September 2026 stream Oh also pictured them as emergency trading hubs: if governments blocked trading, halls would be where BMB — and ETH, dollar stablecoins and even BTC — change hands person to person.

P2P is convenient but requires trusting the other side; the LBank and P2P lesson covers doing it safely. The official docs’ P2P list still includes venues that have since changed how they operate, so check before you use one.
The Weekly Mobick channel was originally run in English by ‘소녀감성아줌마’ and has since been renamed and used as a weekly news channel. It is a community summary, not an official channel — check policies against the original live streams.
Education
Mobick has grown with education. Oh Taemin is a writer and lecturer, and education is one of the three pillars named in September 2026.
- Hanyang University, Bitcoin Monetary Philosophy — Korea’s first programme studying Bitcoin as a humanities subject opened in 2024, with Oh as adjunct professor. He announced he would step down after the 2026 fall semester to focus on Mobick.
- Crypto Literacy — a course run by the Insurance Training Institute’s Crypto School at Seoul National University of Education. It began in January 2026; from the fourth cohort it became a one-day intensive per topic (Ethereum, then asset tokens). Fees can be paid in stablecoins.
- Crypto Circuit — Otaverse’s touring seminar: blockchain basics, a Metanomia research briefing, a guest talk and Oh’s lecture. Yecheon (586 people), Daejeon (600-plus), Jeonju (447). Graduates received WBMB airdrops.
